SolarTurtle has the perfect solution to address these challenges by providing entrepreneurs with safe, secure, robust, mobile containerised energy hubs suitable just for your (Agri) business. These energy centers create employment, putting food on the table for millions of households.
Our solar container variant comes equipped with solar panels and fitted with a customisable interior to provide a range of applications and solutions.
Our energy centers are designed to cater to the basic electrification needs for the Agri market, mobile or semi-permanent cold storages, high schools, clinics for off-grid communities and peri-urban settlements. One container can provide basic power needed for e-learning, refrigeration, internet and Wi-Fi services as well as charging of ICT devices and office set up.
Container SolarTurtle
The off-grid Container SolarTurtle incorporates a unique container-based design that provides significant security for the energy system. SolarTurtle containers come in a standard roof-mounted or a secure (manual or automated) solar system design. In the morning the solar panels are deployed (manually or auto system) to feed off the sun. In the evening the solar panels securely fold away onto the hard shell of the container for easy transport and safety. The standard 6m container includes ten 310 W solar photovoltaic (PV) panels that produce 3.1 kW, locally sourced lithium batteries, and single-phase or three-phase hybrid inverters with grid-tie functionality. However, the power output is solely dependent on each customer, as each of our solutions is custom made to suit individual needs.
This solar business solution is assembled off site and easy to deploy to any location. This is ideal for customers that want power and the solution for their business.
